The creators of Babel Rising 3D, one of the best mobile games of 2012, are striking back this year with a wargame: Hills of Glory 3D. AMA and Mando Productions lay out a leap in time until World War II. Less myth and more reality while keeping the graphics and essence of its previous title, a formula that brought them awards and success.
Hills of Glory 3D merges tower defense and strategy gameplay with a touch of offbeat humor. You represent army’s last hope: battle across the European battlefields in order to change the course of war and restore peace by all means. From the Mediterranean Sea to the heart of Germany you’ll have to fulfill missions, upgrade weaponry and place your units strategically.
As you can see in these first screenshots unveiled, Hills of Glory 3D is set in neat graphics with well-crafted textures and, I hope, smooth performance. Actually, AMA and Mando Productions seems to be faithful to the standard graphics of Babel Rising 3D, with some noticeable enhancements.
Assuming that Hills of Glory theme (WWII) and genre (Strategy Tower Defense) could be less attractive than Babel Rising 3D, I just expect that it will be at least as playable (or even more) as it was.
