PREVIEW: Bomb Man
0As far as we have played, Bomb Man retakes the essence of active tower defense-like games with a nice twist. You have to defend your wall by throwing bombs at your enemies. To do so, you have not only to ponder the parabola but also the strength of every single bomb you throw.

There are different enemies, each one with a special ability to attack you. Tanks ask for two bombs, umbrella paratroopers gracefully land and sword men will try to slash your defenses down. Everything is soaked with a surrealistic touch, usual in games where the main character is a doodle.
If you have a look at the video, you will find that gameplay’s quite thrilling and intense, perfect for casual gaming. Unless there’s a last minute change, it will come for free with in-app purchases to boost your weapons. However, those upgrades can also be acquired in-game if you play enough and earn enough points.

Bomb Man will come both in English and Chinese languages brought by Mi Studio, a promising company settled on Hong Kong. It will be available at the end of this week, when you can also read our full review on it.
[Update] Breaking news: it might be that there are also doodle ninjas involved. It would give the game an extra point of coolness.
